Great looking truck! I've never been a huge fan of the European trucks, but I do like the Scanias, now that I've been seeing them pop up on the forum. That crane is really something else.

The Hiab was shifted to the rear for the truck as a lot of people suggested that it would give it a better look.Initially it was hard to run with that idea .I am glad I did it not as it look real good.

If you look closely at the pics you will see the chassis has been extended with the original Tamiya one (black chassis joined to the silver one) .I wanted the crane to be mounted at the end of the last wheel. Was bit of a juggle but got there. I get some help from Tim (sandcraft) as I dint have a drill press .Thanks Tim !!

Thanks !! I wanted to stay away from the standard single one single color look.

Looks good... A Leimbach crane may be next on the list... hence I would be interested to hear your thoughts! :-)

Also i am not sure if I have enough room for the valves... let alone anything else.. how many are there?

Cheers,
AP

I had to custom build a new chassis to do this between the 2 wheels .
