Fairing Lights

I've seen some trucks with lights that go up and down the body side fairings that extend the side of the cab - they go from bottom to top - and alot of led's in that line. What are these and where can they be had?

I also like the mirror lights. Anyone know how those were done? I can't imagine these are hooked to a MFU?
