Looking mighty fine Kalle.

Is there snowflakes where you are yet, can't be far off eh? You gonna scratch any paint before they're parked for the winter?

Thanks Joe!

No flakes yet, in the north of sweden they already got some but its still around 5-10 celcius during the afternoons, but they are not far away!

I think i will concentrate on getting it done now instead of rush it together just to go out to run it in snow by then! I will take my time over the winter instead and get it right the first time!

That's quite a full house of goodies in the cab, not alot of room left for the batt, will it be 3s or 4s for a battery? Can you get them in a square or a pyramid shape?

I'm hoping to get a 4206 from Frank someday soon. Do you think there's room enough for 3 valves?

I want to use a 3cell battery i have, its a 6000mah and quite long, it will fit under the hood/cab, its not a factory fitment but it will do!

Ohh so youre getting one of those?! What you gonna use it for?

I think a 3 valve would fit but it will be tight im pretty sure!

Well the dumper is almost done, a few small fixes to do, interior needs to be cut, find someone that can cut the decals for me and some other things.

My friend showed me how to use a real paint gun, the paint turned out pretty good, a little dust was there to mess it up a little but its much better then a rattle can spray, a good learning as well, will probably pick one up myself.

Here is where its at right now...

I also started on the interior yesterday, still a few things to fix on it but looks better now then only a total black interior with no seat. The seat is a little high but i dont wanna lower the seat becuse i need room under it for battery.

Elliot: What kind of interior parts did you recive from Frank? I only got the main interior base.

Did notice that the exhaust box behind the cab was painted in 2 tone colors, so i have to take it apart again and paint the right side yellow!

Looking quite snazzy Kalle.

I can't tell the different shades of gray on the exhaust box, but the detail on the exhaust pipe is stunning! Did you just burn it with a lighter?

As good as it looks now, it'll look much better when the paint is scarred up and oil stains & grime all all over.

Thanks Joe!

Maybe i mislead you on the 2 tone, i maybe should have said 2 different colors, the exhaust part is grey as it is now on the left side, but on the right side where the wents are it should be yellow to be 100% right, and im kinda picky about such things.

Yes youre right, i just used a lighter to get the exhaust to look a little used, simple and effective!

Yes, i will spill some extra hyd. oil over it before going in the dirt to really make it stick!

You've done a fantastic job on that... I'm loving the soot around the exhaust as well.

Ref the interior, I got the same as you, but with a steering wheel as well. Talking of detail, how did you make the rear screen rock guard?

Thanks for those kind words!

About the rock guard, i got it from Frank, i think its an optional scale detail.

Ok, i think i go a steering wheel as well, but it looks more like a tool for something, why not just a round shape axle? And the wheel looks kinda small.

This is what mine looks like...

yes that's the same as mine... to be honest now you mention it it does look small and the axle is rather over engineered.

I will drop Frank an email and see if I can get a rock guard as well..

Did you sort the CTI modules out...?

Yes its kinda a wierd steering wheel, i think i will find some other wheel, not that it will make much in scale appearence but a more simple one.

I havent got time to sort the CTI module out yet, with christmas coming up there will be some time with family, but maybe tomorrw if im free in the evening i will try it out!
