Default Malaysia

Hi, new to the forum … got the model building bug biting again … used to build static models (ages ago) now reading up on the new electronic remotes etc etc. Guess I might have some questions later ...

Short intro: Born Belgium, after study went to USA, early retirement, back to Belgium for a while, got bored (and cold) and now living on an island in Malaysia.

Just got the Capo 8x8 to get back into the game. The kit just arrived (took me a while to get hold of one) and at the moment just sorting through the parts and figuring out how to start.

Yes, you are right there. What a difference with what was available on the market 30 years ago! Seriously cool kit.

Hi Neil, I will try to do a build thread … well at first it will be a deconstruction thread … whoever preassembled the rolling chassis sure did a sloppy job. So will take everything apart and re-assemble with loctite. Am even considering opening the differentials to apply some lithium grease. One of them is rather rough.
Regards! Stephan
