Are there shocks that are not mounted yet? Or does this setup not use shocks? The multi-link looks pretty complicated for a model - how does it compare to 1:1? Just curious - looks really nice.

Hi
No,there are no Shocks on this Setup.
The biggest Problem with it is that the whole Weight of the complete Axles hangs on 2 2mm Screws when you lift up the Truck.
The Multilink is very close to the 1:1,some Shocks would be nice to keep the System in Place when you lift the Truck.

This system is supposed to be used on Construction Trucks which are driven on very rough Terrain.

Servus
The most of the Work is done now,I have just to add all the small Parts and some Lights and Electrics and the Owner can have it back.

grüzi ;-)

came out really nice, i'm quite jealous on the axles, hope the owner will drive it now, otherwise it's "perlen vor die säue geworfen" (thrown pearls to the pigs)

That is a great looking truck! I never ever liked the Wedico conventionals, as they always looked quite generic, but you sure fixed this one up nicely! It's very sharp and makes me re-think everything about these conventionals. Kind of like a diamond in the rough. Just needs a little polishing.

Thank you very much for your kind words Nathan.
It makes me feel good, espacially that you as an American tells me as a German that I hit the Goal on an American Truck.
Thanks,Michael
