I have made this box up for a customer that wants to run a Wedico hydraulic setup. To keep the doghouse from rising above the box sides, the cylinder mounting must be lowered slightly on the truck. I'm looking forward to the customer getting this and testing it out!

A suggestion for mounting hyd cyls to your box Reg, add a flat piece at the top of the well to form a pocket & a square piece of plastic to keep the cyl feet together... it'll make quick work to lift the box for batt change or repairs or box removable.

That's a good idea Joe. I'll see how this works out and if other people are interested in buying a box for this setup then I might just use your suggestion!

This one is setup and ready to go with limit switches for $725CAD plus shipping. Add an ESC and get hauling/dumping with your King!

This is what I have been building for the last 8 days... Knowing that I have some builds to complete that I was short parts for and a new project or two to start on, I figured that I should get some inventory stocked up! All tolled there are over 200 holes with close to 150 of them threaded(some parts not shown). All the parts are manually machined so to say that I am ready to build some different stuff is an understatement! I thought it would only take 3 days but other non RC related work has pulled me away from time to time and the parts have taken longer than I thought to make. I can't wait to build some boxes! I love that part because that's what gets noticed!

The box in the background is almost ready to see some powder coat and a new home if anyone is interested...

I finished up this one today. I call it the HDD or "Heavy Duty Dumper". It has a higher, wider cab guard and slanted side boards. It's heading in to be powder coated(velvet black is the plan) this week but is currently homeless....It could be yours for $700CAD plus shipping.... Do you have a loving home that's in need of a heavy haul dump truck?

I picked this one up from powder coating yesterday and reassembled it last night. It is ready to go with limit switches if anyone is interested in owning it. Add this and a cheap esc to your stock chassis day cab truck and you'd be set to start hauling. $700 Canadian works out to less than $625US at the current exchange rate so it's a super deal for US customers!

Thanks for looking!

Looks GREAT Reg! I'm anxious to see DieselKids round bottom when completed. Keep up the good work and keep posting.

-Terry

P.S. What "yellow" paint did you use on the KH shown?
