So I will start the build with pictures from Construction news

So the pressure is on it seems,
I have been to the local Komatsu dealer and purchased some Komatsu Yellow before I leave for my time away with work.

Thanks for looking Paul

Hi titandigs-when I first heard about this truck I thought it would be much bigger but I am assuming it is the correct size for the scale. It looks like it is well made and I am glad to see it is all metal, none of that plastic stuff. It's hard for me to judge the size by the pictures but do you have room for the electronics? I like the screw drive lift. Doesn't look like there would be any way possible to get hydraulics into this space. I enjoy these types of trucks and I will follow this build.

No sure about the hydraulics, when I get into it I will look a bit closer to see how much room is available. You would only need one valve and the pump, so it may be able to fit in the chassis rails?? All of the electronics is fit inside the cab including the battery, as I get into it I will post the complete build.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for showing. The damaged box would have made me a bit worried before opening it. I hope the model didn´t take damage.

So the cabin is from some type of plastic and generally clips together and is glued with the supplied glue.

Hi Paul, it's nice to see the work in progress on the dumper. It will be a beautiful machine, i like the choice to paint it Komatsu yellow.
The roadtrain you drive is fantastic, just a little oversized for the italian roads!

Bye!

Thanks,
The hand rails, air tanks and fuel/oil tanks are made from aluminium.
The only plastic parts are the Cab and the box adjacent to the cab.
