Not sure about Airtronics programming... your plus & minus settings, are they currently both at 100%?

Perhaps if changing to 80% on both sides, you'll get more valve movement with less pump rpm and maybe smoother control of cylinder travel for the bucket.

Joe you nailed it. The settings were at 150% from the get go. I tinkered a little more with the programming last night and got it smoothed out much better. I have the lift at 100%, the lower set to 80% and the bucket curl is set to 75% with the dump being 60%. It is much smoother and still has plenty of power to handle 5lbs of lead strapped in the bucket with no real stalls.

I will get another video of it soon.

For the hydrolic oil would either seeing machine oil work or the oil we use in air nailer both are fairly thin
