Talking 3 Bay Morton Building 1/14 Scale

Here is one of the many buildings I have made it is a 3 bay Morton building with 4th service bay it is all 1/2" MDF with solid clear pine for the rafters and supports it all so has a tile floor to look like cement with a floor drain, work bench, tools and tool boxes, 4 post hoist and 1/14 scale posters to boot..The building is 48"x72" so it is pretty big.

Paint and trim details.

Now these picks are like 5 years old my boys are not this little anymore but they worked together to build a bench for the shed out of balsa wood and they copied the bench that is in are shop.

And here it is painted with some scale details and a diecast 4 post lift.

The posters on the walls are real posters I found on the internet and then I scaled them down and printed them on decal paper.

Very nice work, the shop bench and lift really top it off. It reminds me of the 1/16 barn that my dad built for me when I was a little kid. I still have it their basement I might have to dig out out after seeing yours.
Again very impressive.

Thats one sweet garage for the trucks, (the shop is not bad either). Like that you got the kids working/building together with you, that´s quality time!
Interesting about the combo machine, bought one of these and was very disapointed. Could not shear my steel plate (1mm), maybee its better for bending and rolling. Did buy a used electric steel shearer, can take up to 2mm that´s 1000mm wide. Backside is the weight over 1000kg!

Thanks Dan.. On the sheer I dont have any issues up to 1.5 then it gets tuff. Did you set the blades and the break before you used it? I had a fair amount of time in set up to get it to work right..

Very detailed shop! I like that you went the extra mile to do the wainscoated Morton as well, really looks good! Is that lift scratch built?
