Default Styrene Globe Steps

As the saying goes "necessity is the mother of invention"

I have been working on my mack cabover lately and I have come across an issue that needed to be resolved

The stock globeliner body steps I had on the mack were too long and were not allowing the tires to turn completely.. I initially had regular tamiya tires but saw that the super singles looked better

With that being said, the only other option I had was to cut off the bottom 2 steps and just uses that and leave it alone, but I had some time to kill and figured maybe I could just make my own but curved enough to cler the tires

heres what I originally had

The stock steps

heres what I came up with some curved steps to get more clearance ... did them in about 2 hours

And heres how it looks

Looking on painting them black... what do you guys thnk?

Pretty snazzy Alfy. Black would be a good color.

Nice work for sure the stock ladder is too close to the wheel a perfect way to move it away..
