Default Torture!

It sits on my table for over a week now. That 4200XL digger. With a remote that doesn't function properly. The guys at RC4WD are looking in to it. So the only thing I can do is look at it. Which I'm doing for over a week now. Pure torture!

Or you could replace it with a quality radio system now instead of later.

Just a quick thing to try if it's the transmitter. All the switches on the face and top of the transmitter have to be in the up or back position when you turn the power on, if they're not up it will beep and say switch error.

Done that, but I have to switch it on and off numerous times before it actually works. Most of the times it sounds a continuous beep and displays some gobbledygook. And when it DOES switch on, only a couple of things work....

Spektrum, JR, Futaba, Airtronics, Brixl, Robbe

I personally prefer the programming ease of Spektrum but I do work for HH so take that as you will.

Hi Simon,

Your thread is from a few months ago but I'm wondering if your problems are already solved with the 4200XL.

I'm recently buy an Earth digger 4200XL and also the problems that came with it.
