Default Headache Rack?

Will this style Wedico headache rack fit (look right) behind a King Hauler daycab? It's the 1/16 vs. 1/14 thing that has me not sure.

I am not a big fan of them I have had both styles PMD makes and if you look at my trucks you wont see one on any of them if that tells you anything about them.

Claus, I've seen them used on a lot of Tamiyas before. They are okay. I don't get really excited about the look of the PMD headache rack either, but they do fit.

That M&J unit looks great !! Nice to see there's a alternative out there for us.

I bought one of PMDs 'racks for my WDC Pete, and was not impressed by it, considering what I paid for it ....... IMO

The M & J custom is made for 1/16 trucks but it looks fine on a tamiya and it is half the cost of the others.

Default Re: Headache Rack?

As far as I know a headache rack does not need to be full width - most newer trucks have ones that fit within the side wing - cab extensions.
& I run the PMD for Tamiya on my IH - didnt' shop around though....
