Default New to RC trucking!

Hello all, I have just put together my first RC truck (actually a joint effort between the wife and myself), a Tamiya King Hauler - painted in candy lime green paint, and fitted with MFU.

Not really sure how to upload a picture so I have tried to attach, if someone could advise that would be great.

I have some upgrades planned also which include a 65T motor, 4" stretch, bull pipes, Texas front fender, bow tie visor and colour matched double hump fenders. These should be going on in the next couple of weeks as all the parts just turned up today - thanks PMD!

Also in the process of building a box trailer as well, just waiting for a light kit to turn up. I have a 4 month old daughter, so in time I would like to get a suitable flat bed or low boy trailer that she can sit on and I can drive her around (and I will be jealous that I can't ride it myself!).

I have a few technical questions so I will post a build thread and ask them there I guess!

Thanks.
Matt.

Remembered I had an old photo bucket account, so here are some pics!

Not too bad a paint finish for a first attempt:

I am using a Spektrum Dx6i controller. Works perfectly with the MFU!

Welcome to the forum! Photobucket is your friend, its the best way to post pictures as you can see. You did a great job on the paint and the build. You can start a new build thread in the trucks and trailers section to keep us up to date on your build progress as you stretch it and and goodies!

Sorry your way ahead of me, just found you build thread!
