Hi,

I made it. The profiles are 8x5mm and the tubes are 5mm full metal brass.

I only took some pictures fron the internet and built a bar as I want to have it, no brand name.

Sorry for misunderstanding, I was asking about the white block with all the little holes in it that is lying under your bull bar assembly.

Hi...

It's a solder board were you can fix pieces to solder them.

I bought it some years ago in a german online shop, but the shop doesn't exist anymore.

I'll try to find it in another shop and will post the link if I find it.

Hi...

A bit more progress. The second mirror is done.

Also I tried to build some sidepipes. The gaps will be filled with a grid after painting them.

Hi...

Today I decided to allemble the truck with all parts I build so far. Just to see if everything can be assembled without blocking each other. It works, here are some pictures of the actual state.

Hi...

a bit of progress here...

I started to build the rear fenders. I want to make a sort of Flexiguard system.

While I'm waiting for a machine to fold the rear bumber I started to build the tanks.

The parts for one tank.

And after gluing them: Sanding, sanding, sanding...

And that's the result (with 100er sanding paper)
