Sorry I haven't posted on your awesome dozer build but I was waiting at the mail box on some wheels and hubs and I don't have Internet down there! But the tractor is coming out nice cant wait to see it finnished

well I guess I could post a bunch of part pics if ya want thats about how far I got so far but yea it needs to be pushing by April 2013 since we're not sure any other dozers will be up this way again

with about 4 months to cabin fever and not a dozer makin it's way to the show I figured it's time to start putting these collected parts together . I got the motors in and started putting the track frames together . The mill finished up on 1 job , so I had a chance to start on the final drives I hope to take between christmas and new year to get the tracks together (we'll see ) I did go crazy and start (2 ) excavators but calmed my self down and get back on track and get some of these dusty projects goin .

Looks really nice, Steve. The track drives are great. No need for a chain tension adjustment? You must of done some planning to figure out how far to space the sprockets so the chain was perfect! I'd like to try building a dozer someday, if I could. So much to learn though.... I'll be watching.

I am glad to see you used the right hand drill motors i was going to use them but i couldn't find any cheap enough lol they look like they fit nicely

Henry , I'm a blade man , and it's killin me not haven this 1 done . So , the push is on to have it pushin for cabin fever 2013 . I spent an hr on it last night and got the main motor mount in and 1 final in place . I stopped when I broke a drill bit in the final drive case
