Erick 79 your pluming work is excellent especially the tight turns I have tried them before and I know how hard they are. The rest of your machine also is superior also. Ed

Thanks Jammer, the plumbing work is less simple than it seems, it's true.
For the more tight turns in fact i have choosen to use the copper tube than the brass one. Moreover i have used some little brass wheels built by lathe with the same radius of the bend on the external and the radius of the tube in section; this is to prevent the buckling of the tube. The problem on this kind of model is that we have to use tubes of bigger dimensions than the real machine and is very hard to find the way they have to pass through... |

Hi, i am here again with another little step...
This counterweight is only the model to cast the real piece with aluminium and first it has to be fed up, sanded, smoothed and Painted. For now i only have started to fed it up... Bye... |

Hi everyone, on monday i finished to prepare the model of the counterweight and i painted it. I have done some modification to the shape of the hooks for casting requirement.
And today i have got the casted piece... Goodbye everyone. |
