Default 1st build Globe to Aerodyne

Ok so here goes got my 1st tamiya kit. It has a king hauler frame, bf goodrich tires, hitec servos and helical metal gears. so far and this is where I'm at. I got so addicted to this i ordered a grand hauler that I'll convert to an aerodyne too. What do you think? More to come.

Looking good. I like the paint scheme on the frame. Cab mods are coming together nicely!

I'll post a pic of what I'm going for when I get off work. I'm not new to rc but I'm new to the semi scene, so we'll see how this turns out. Paint is duplicolor metal specks lacquer paint works great, used duplicolor sandable primer and duplicolor gloss clear lacquer. Thanks for your comments.

Great looking truck so far! You definitely have some RC blood in ya already! . Welcome to the truck side . Can't wait to see this one finished and see what your next one will look like

I know you mentioned upgraded gears, just wondering if your considering a gear reduction unit? Stock kits are crazy fast ! Had my truck and tanker trailer on 9 wheels once...almost layed it down but managed to somehow save

Keep the pics comin.
