Default Fumotec PC 490

Hey all here is my new build of the PC 490. This is going to be a slow build as I am doing 3 projects at the same time !!! . The other projects will also be listed here. Time is what drags us all down and I am no diff to any one. So here goes

All my comments are my personal observations they are in no way a measure of comparision in terms of quality to quantify the value of what the model is worth. All comments are only observations in positive aspect with room for improvment. Thanks to Franks to his quick reply and and support to his product. He is quick and promt and support is secont to none.

these are the pics of the kit . The kit is heavy and well constructed. the body is all plasctic and the some parts are 3d printed. . Lets Roll

Congratulations! Fumotec models are great kits to put together.

My 490 showed up a couple wks ago, but it'll have to wait till fall when I have time & space to put it together.

It'll be great to see yours go together in the meantime.

no in the pic the tracks are just place to gether I have not yet put them together. I have picked all the parts i wanted powder coated. The next step would be assembly. I try not to paint my models as far as I can. I usually get it powder coated easy that way.

Keep the progress posted. I love to see these things come to life and all the added things people do during a build.

Looks like a really nice model, based on the Vario kit, which Frank designed, It looks similar in alot of ways. But looks like it is much improved in a few areas too. Enjoy!

HI Green Horn ,

you are right the model is nice . But the a normal guy would need a lot of skill to put it to gether . Has all the bits skill is the key to un lock the secret of the assembly .
