Thanks for sharing! I'm no expert but I would guesstimate that's probably going to cost 8-10 thousand euros?? Very , very nice. I will add to my list of things to buy if I win the lottery.

I wouldn't think it cost more than his tracked excavator in the background. One with 5 valves was about 4400 euro.

Tracks are labour intensive to fabricate for sure but only 2 motors and drives. The wheel type excavator is more component costly? 4 motors, steering, out riggers and blade. I can't help but think it must be a little more than a track hoe?

Just one motor to propel it and much of it I think is likely 3D printed too.

Don't know what I was thinking earlier of course they have a drivetrain just like the 1:1 .. Thanks for sharing the pics Joe. Nice machine, sure could put one of those to good use in the yard.

I'm guessing he's got a rotary union for the lower hydraulics .

Nice pictures Joe! Thank you!

Must be tight inside the housing!

Looks like it will need 6 valves. 4 for the arm/bucket and 2 for the undercarriage. And 2 more for the optional extra add ons.

The advanced undercarriage of a wheeled machine makes it more expensive than a tracked excavator...8-10 K euroes is not unlikely fully equipped radio, dozer blade, support legs and all..Oh man, it get's real crowded under the hood of a 18 tonn machine in this scale..) It looks great, I like Fumotec's way of building their machines.

Photos courtesy of Trucks and Details Facebook page.

I'm not digging this new model, I don't see the appeal in something so small & little ability to do anything with it.

this excavator has many uses. Demolition, construction, road work, mining, dredging. The price may be high but it takes a lot of time to produce such a machine. hydraulics aren't cheap, especially auxiliaries. In MY opinion, I would love to own one of these.
