Do you have any other drawings than that you get from the CAT site? They use there only the same 320 drawings and just different dimensions. I was looking for 390dl drawings and found that only in asian sites are the real drawings.

Good job!

Are you making every part individually in CAD and hoping that everything fits together well or you make a assembly before cutting and check design mistakes? Could you post a picture of it?

You said that you didn't find tracks wide enough, what is the width of yours then?

I don't have any separate CAD program, so I only have CAM "drawings" for CNC machine. I'm unable to make any sub assembly CAD drawings to check everything before, all though I do draw many parts on paper to check what I can.

The tracks that I'm planning to use are 64 mm wide.

Was it made from one piece or several put together? Very good job indeed!

I was wondering that have you tried this CAD program: http://www.ptc.com/products/creo-ele...eling-express/
It has got free trial with some limited functions but you can do pretty easily great stuff and also assemblies. I have been working with Solidworks but I can say that this is for a free copy very good, not so advanced but still great.

What CAM program are you using?

I started to make the bucket for the 374. It's going to be an extreme duty (XD) bucket as Cat calls it. It will have alot of wear plates and four teeth.
It's 140 mm wide in 1:14 scale and in real life almost 2 meters wide.
