Default Hello from KS

Looking to build first truck want it more custom than a kit. Being first time builder what are suggestions buy a kit and modify or start from scratch and build the way I want?

Thanks Brice

Hi Brice, I think it depends on you. Personally, I suggest having a kit to start with, at least the first time. after that there are no limits. I've been in RC for over 30 years, and bought my Globe Liner when they first came out. It went together completely stock the first time, but over the years has gone through several evolutionary changes. Currently it's going through another mod, mostly to the frame. If you do start from scratch, rest assured, you'll get all the help you need here.

Welcome to the gathering, from another Jawhawker.

I started out with a kit (King Hauler). I stumbled along the way on a few things BUT the good folks on here helped me thru each time I felt lost. Read as many different threads as you can and gather the information as possible for when you build yours. Enjoy.
