Default question about a pete

ok your guys's and gals trucks are 1/12 right? ok what would be the measurements from a pete or kw day cab if it was in 1/10 scale? i need good pics and measurements please my lowboy will be 10 inches wide the wheels/axels of the truck will be ten inches wide but as far as the cab i have no clue and i know the tires will be close to 3 inches tall hmmmm might take a couple of motors to make this one go lol

You could start with a Tamiya BullHead body, they are 1/10 scale.

Clyde the Tamiya trucks are 1/14th and the tires are 3.25 in so if your going for 1/10th scale you will need some bigger tires close to 4.5 in. As for measurements on the cab i will have to get back to you unless someone beats me to it.

Nothing to be sorry about asking questions and sharing your ideas is how you will figure out what you are going to need.

Clyde how wide is your dozer and how wide is the real one then we can get close to what scale you have.

If your dozer is 1/10th scale then the trailer needs to be 9.95in to be a scale 8in narower than the dozer.

Kind of an odd scale to go with. 1.25" = 12" ?

Works out to be about 1/9.6th scale.

Ya Nathan I got 9.6 as well so I guess we will call it 1/10th scale.
