Default army truck

Not long ago,I bought a smashed King Hauler, the cab was badly damaged,so I decided to use it for practice. I cut off the broken fenders and dropped the roof by one centimeter, cut off the sleeper and finally made new grill.
Here are some pictures.

Both axles are partially locked, front with thick grease and rear with blue sticky (as per advice from forum member)
I have posted question about best way to lock diffs and got many reply's.I didn't want to go hard way and lock completely,so I tried plasticine,it gave in right away, then I tried hot glue,it held for a day and then slipped as well, may be because I had some grease in the casing before, not sure. The last attempt was blue sticky stuff and so far it seems to work, keep my fingers crossed, getting tiered of stripping diffs. I'm trying different rims and tiers: 1/10 scale crawler, certainly looks and drives differently. This is my progress so far, waiting for SLU from China.

Not building Optimus, just practicing painting flames.
As for the army truck, probably going to leave it clean, until it goes outside to roll in the dirt.
