Default cut down tamiya semi trans to 2 speed ??

Hello fellow mini-truckers. Has any body seen a thread/blog/video about converting the Tamiya semi trans to 1 or 2 speed??? I have seen this somewhere before, but can't find it now. Procedure involves shortening the stock Tamiya case. Any help on this would be great, thanks.

There are a couple of good how to videos on youtub and basicly the gear box shell stays the same and removing some of the gears and relocating then and then reinstalling the gearbox casing screws and nuts.....
Or if you have the money there are after market planetaries and 2 speed gearboxs
Cheers Tracy
