Meaning of 'RTR', China vs rest of the world

Just thinking about it here the other day, when receiving a new excavator from China, advertised as 'RTR'. We normaly think of 'RTR' as 'Ready to Run'; connect the batteries, turn it 'on', and start digging. Well, when it comes to much of the Chinese stuff, 'RTR' actually means 'Ready to Repair'. 'Be happy, here, we supply you all parts, now you repair it'.
When that being said, the things are getting better and better, but there are still usually always those small details one need to adjust to actually make things run when it comes to hydraulic RC equipment.
