Had a great time at the show. Sorry no pics or video. I was kind of busy running the new excavator and 6X6. Excavator is going to take a lot of practice time

Thanks for Nate hosting another great show and to all who helped me with the excavator. Especially are resident electronics guru- Travis!!

That Mack looks sweet. Are those custom rails? Attempting to build a Aeromax Daycab and i currently have King and Globe rails and not sure if i should use the the aeromax ones and cut to desired lenght or use the Globe Rails.

Thats Bens Pearl White Mack. I think they are custom rails. They look about the length of the globe rails.

I have used both globe and king rails for my Tractors that pull my end dump.
The longer rails allow the truck to steer better when loaded but the short rails allow you to back up better with a short trailer.

Glad you all had a good meet. Looks like the weather turned out well, the way it looked I thought you'd be digging holes in the hanger floor!

They are custom rails, they measure 19".

Thanks I really like this truck a lot, just need to do some fine tuning so it'll go ANYWHERE.

Kent,

It got quite chilly on Saturday, overcast, very breezy and misty. The chilly yet sunshine filled Sunday morning had us in the barn working the asphalt millings. Good times none the less!

Fabulous great time.

We pondered what kind of ground prep so we can lay concrete roads in.

A drivers stand might be helpful too.

Izzy. If we use limestone "fines" they will pack like concrete and not crack. I will do some research to see if it's available there.

Hey thanks Spudd for the compliment. I built that truck to go anywhere and get dirty. It worked awesome at Nates place.
I think we should try the stuff to make the roads. If it doesn't work, we can just dig it up and haul it away.

Hmm. Or we can mix a little cement at the factory before we lay it down and spread it out. Either way I like it.
