Default Green Series Life Batteries?

Has anybody used these in their trucks or equipment? Seems like a good compromise, better than 7.2V but not as "risky" as LiPos.

Any comments?

Default Re: Green Series Life Batteries?

My dad used these for his aircraft and the problem with them is if you discharge them once below the batteries safe point they will never recover from that and are then very volatile! Lipo's are actually very safe now cause they've installed a plug that balances the cells so the batteries charge at an even rate. With any battery it becomes unsafe at a point of over charged or over discharged state.
