Default tamiya scania r620 3axle rigid truck

Hello everybody...

I kind of started today converting my Scania tractor truck to a rigid truck.
According to measurements I took from a file from Scania my truck will be 68cm long.

Today I cut frames and I started assembling the 2 rear axles and the steering system in two different parts.
This way I'll find out how much extra frame I'll need to add to get the 32,1cm I need from front wheel to first of the rear wheels.
I'll come up with pics shortly.
I hope it will come out nice...

Bill

Hi, if your not using a photo site like photobucket or flicker for example your pictures will not show up on here no matter what you do to them.

Or you could post them on FB and copy / paste the img code in the insert " image icon "
As it works for me when not using PB

Go to your PB account find the picture you want to post, select the link button at the top of the picture, it's what looks like to chain links, it will show 4 links, you want to copy the IMG link and paste it in your post, use the advanced post so you can see the picture before you submit the post. If it doesn't show up you might not have copied the whole link. It's actually quite simple once you do it. This picture is from your PB, I did not resize it.

Thank you very much Truckmaker for the explanation...
I'll give it a try once I'll be back at my PC.
I usually use my smartphone to check forums...

Thank you very much Roundabout...
Basically this trailer is a self made kit...
I was going to buy and modify carson's dolly trailer but then for the same price I found Carson's 3 axle chassis kit.
I bought this one and used pieces from the chassis for that trailer.the front wheel is mounted using the fifth wheel from my Scania kit which was not used and is coupled with the pin provided with the trailer.in that way is totally centered...
The box is self made like the one in the truck.
Hope my explanation for this build is good. If you have any other questions feel free to ask...

Bill...
