Default Tri-Axle Set-up Help

Hi everyone, can someone point me in the right direction. I'm planning on building a tri-axle heavy hauler with a day cab. The front most axle I want to make a drive axle. So my question is does any one have pictures of their build they like to share to give me some ideas of mounting a third rear axle? I would like to have all drive axles in back able to have a firm suspension so all axles help pull a low boy. I've got my sights on a Excavator or Front loader and I will want a truck that can pull a machine on a low boy.
Thanks, John.
A link to a build would be appreciated too.

I would go with exclusive r/c lift axle kit
http://www.exclusive-rc.com/ and a short jack shaft
I have his lift axle and it works well with the firgelli actuator

The way Joe does it is by using the same plate as the tandem axle set but instead of the leaf spring he uses another set of arms turned up side down and a hole drilled in the plate so the axle sits level and then just relies on the shock with the spring in it to keep downward pressure on the axle.
