It weighs 24 kilos now without batteries and counterweight fillings.
When finished I believe it will be close to 30 kg.

Ohh, so its that heavy already, that will be a good weight for digging i think, it should be very stable!

I started to fit the pump and the oil tank to there place. I also mount the valves. I will attach one more block to the valve assembly for some future needs.

WOW! I just finished going thru the entire thread!

I would love to see a a bit more of you taking a new part from the drawing into the computer and machining it. This would be a great "how it's made" style video!

I work with the undercarriage today
I chanced the track recoil springs more stiffer and adjusted the tracks to correct tension. I added pair of track guides too. Also there was many bolts and spacers missing which I added.

Incredible work on this machine. The build quality and detail is just over the top!

Don't ever paint it...just clear coat everything and leave it bare.

Add a couple more "dummy" hyd lines for electrical accessories, like remote quick-tach coupler and/or screening bucket.
