Angry Hydraulic problem ??

Hi

I just fittet a manometer to the filter of my Wedico CAT 996G as pr. manual.

When no movement of valves pressure exeeds the 16Bar??

When moving pressure drops depending on what it's doing:

6 Bar raising arms

8-9 lovering arms

6 bar bucket back

10 bar bucket empty

10 bar tur right

6 bar turn left

Any idea of what is going on?

Reason I got the pressure gauge is because of it acting weird when using it.

After Measurements I changed sinter filter and all oil same problems

I can't see any bent lines or Things connected wrong

Best Regards

Carsten

Thumbs up Re: Hydraulic problem ??

Hi

Problem found and fixed.

I bought the loader used, previous owner used a Graupner radio and I changed to Frsky.

Frsky must have servo movement extented beyond 100% so 125% fixes this problem

Found it when searching Leimbach website:

http://www.leimbach-modellbau.de/FAQ/ look at Fragen zum Thema: Steuerventil then under Meine Hydraulik-Funktionen arbeiten mit der SERVONAUT Fernsteuerung langsamer als vorher, woran kann das liegen ?

Sorry for that being on a german website, but only place I found information about it.

Hope this will help others in future

Best Regards

Carsten
