Default Question about RC4WD Wheels.

I'm using a Rigid Driven front axle and I bought some of these wheels;

I also bought some of these adapters for the axle;

The adapters replace the part to the right in this photo;

So when you bolt all these parts together how do you get to the actual lug nut on the axle?

If you are thinking I should put the adapter on the axle, tighten the lug nut, then add the hub cover and then the rim and bolt them all together with the 10 face bolts you can see if these wheels were on the axle there is no way you would get to the bolt heads on the backside of the wheel.
