I quite enjoyed your vids of snow removal, an arduous task now made enjoyable.

What's the max amp draw of your wheel chair motors? Would this dual 60A motor controller be big enough? This would plug directly into your receiver.

thanks for the link.. the 2x60 was a great upgrade. used only one to power all 4 motors. no problems after 6 months. the wheel chair controller limited power , speed, and change in speeds so it is kept smooth for the rider.
a new vid of new project.. uses 3- 2x60's . one is used with a kangaroo for steering servo. all electric, 5-4 pole wheel chair motors one for steering servo.
using brushless outrunners on actuators
hope you enjoy Bill

Great to hear that the 2x60 is serving you well. I have a 2x25 for track drive controller in the 80lbs JD850 hoe, never a moments trouble in 5yrs.

Your wheel loader project off to a great start.

picture of front motors. the third motor in the middle is the servo motor

don't let the ugly pics hurt your eyes.
most parts are used...(scrap)
the front base is a riding lawnmower frame with 1/4 inch added

rear motors sit on scrap bearings from the wheel chair
pivot points are also from wheel chair

one battery at the rear and another low in the middle
wanted to keep center of gravity low.

I like foam.. cheap and easy to cut to fit.
no plans to follow.. had to make it a little wide to fit all the parts

I keep seeing your hand tools laying on hood or nearby and realize just how big she is!! This is an inspiration for me to possibly jump to the big scale and make so,etching that I could actually do some work with.
