Speaking of blast, I collected a few more things from the scrap bin at work.....with full green light ok from my boss of course

I'm not trying to build an exact replica of the steel plant but just going for a big factory kind of set up using abstract items. No idea what I'm looking for until I see it. Suddenly, a muffler from a 980 loader seems like something I could work with and a precleaner from the same machine.

Just raw materials to start with for now.... Who knows, worst case scenario I haul it back to the scrap bin.

Factories are big so, need some big stuff.

Hey Mario that exhaust will come in handy somehow, believe it or not I made a cherry bomb exhaust on an old car years ago from a 345 muffler and it outlasted the car lol so I think that factor will be around for years if you do get to build it

The only way I see this working is if I drive my 71 Newport 4dr hard top. It has a HUGE trunk and big enough seats to sleep on when I can't drive anymore at the end of the day. Problem is, the car has been stored since 2003 and will need some work.lol

just to get caught up on the planning.....

Of course everyone who can make it up here is welcome to come. There's clean affordable hotels and motels within less than 2 minutes away. Grocery store also. Got a fire pit and a couple barbecues. I can't cook for all of you but will make sure there's a way to cook.

The more the merrier! There is one thing we all love just as much as running our rigs. Talking about the rigs . Running in the park will be a blast but I'm really looking forward to having all you guys gathered together in person as a group in my backyard......wow!

With or without RC in hand, you know you have to make the trip Reg

Spoke with the rest of the Scale builders RC club Ontario yesterday anyd everyone is good with the dates of August 5,6 and 7th.
Ill post up hotel phone numbers but first I'm going to see about getting special rate if you all stay at the same place?
Take over a motel for a weekend? this could get interesting.
