gday hauler my name is Richard i am from melbourne your build looks great i was born in bairnsdale which is in the country and there is heaps of these in use there. looks like you have had it out for a test run how did it go?

That looks great Jeremy. You are running a bit ahead of schedule though, aren't you? Great progress. Are any of your disk frame's joint soldered or brazed? I see some joints bolted together, but the main frame looks like it's soldered, brazed, or welded.

Love the heavy look of the disk. Looks very well built. You might want to try and peen those washers for a conical shape like the real thing, just a suggestion.

Thanks guys, Nathan I brazed the joints. Waiting on a part now so i can get the wheels mounted. Hopefully some new pics and a video in a couple of weeks.

Waiting on the hrydralic pump. Looks like it will be a couple of more weeks... I want to get this implement finished so i can start tilling.

We could still use some video of this in the field. It looks to me like it was complete enough for action, maybe the folding component is where it stalled? Still looks very nice.

looks like the great start for the build . a nice servo for the wheels to raise and lower them would work great
