Question Trailer electrical connections?

Hey guys! I recently installed the light kit in my Tamiya semi trailer(dryvan), but I don't know where to connect the white piece. I know you're supposed to connect the big grey cord to the black one that goes in the truck, but the white clip is supposed to connect to a special control box.

Do I need to buy it?

Should I just hook it to the MFU somehow?

If I hook them to the MFU can
I remotely control it?

MFU= Multi Function Unit

Any help is appreciated!

There is a port in the MFU to plug it in too. Check out your MFU instructions it should say.
