Polished aluminum always looks good, and more so with a sharp paint job like that! It's going to be a looker, when all said and done.

After seeing Keith's dumper I decided to change things up a bit. I ordered a hood from shapeways. [IMG][/IMG] Raised the roof. [IMG][/IMG] Still have to move axle back.Thinking about cutting 1/2 inch off the top of the wrecker bed. [IMG][/IMG] Gonna make the black cab a day cab. [IMG][/IMG]

Small update. Finally had some time.Prepped the hood from shapeways,it was alot more work then I was expecting. Decided to go with white and red.Not sure on the color of pinstripes yet. Gold, silver or black,or a combination of two. [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] Cab and fairing in white waiting to dry so I can mask and shoot the red.

Wow! That hood is looking great Fred! Nice job, I can't wait to see this come together. Have you decided on colour scheme or pattern for the wrecker body?

Thanks Mario! I have a couple ideas. Guess I'll decide when the cab is done. Everything is subject to change look what happened to the other cab. Lol.

That's nice! Did you paint the grille silver too? It looks pretty good. Close to chrome. Love the paint scheme on the cab too.
