Default steiger st470

I installed a pair of 210:1 50mm stroke firgelli mini actuators and no the steiger has quicker steering. I ended up removing the messy hydro cylinders and now have some extra space int he steiger. I did test blade on the tractor and found it not practical.

I wouldn't have thought the actuators would be fast enough for steering. Nice work and what are you going to do with the extra room?

Been thinking on going three speed transmission again having the extra space. Getting the right axle stopped me last time.

Going to finish this project with some more detail. I went to a local farm toy show today and picked up some parts. I got a Cummings 1150 engine, wheel weights, 3-point hitch, exhaust and air cleaner stacks

I was looking at getting a pair of actuators for the articulated RC tractor I am building. Do you have any complaints with the ones you are using? Do you think the 210:1 gear ratio are the best setup or do they seem like over kill when steering the tractor? Would the 100:1 gear ratio be better? Has any steering conditions ever labored the 210:1 ratio and do you have any complaints with the speed that they steer the tractor. thanks
