Wow, that looks fantastic. Looks like our modeling friends building grader are taking the hobby to another level.
To bad that Santa did not come with a CNC mill last year, guess have to put that higher up on list for coming Christmas. Have been looking at a Optimum M2 but thats a $14.400 investment, a little to much right now.

Looking forward to see the progress on this build!

I had taken a look at some of the original design files and it looks like March 2009 was when I started this project. Yeah... its been awhile!

The process was quite easy for me but if you want to know you will have to promise NOT to get within 10 feet of the drive axle! just kidding...

Actually the tires were molded by a shop. I did the CAD for the tires and than drew up the mold design. The shop made the mold and tires for me.

Sounds cheap...

Yeah probably a good idea I never see any of this thing in person.
