Default Sevronaut S20 ECS issue

I bought a Sevronaut S20 ESC a couple of years ago and finally decided to install my in my CAT 740. I followed the directions and set the voltage to 12V but it doesn't work, it doesn't send any power to the motor. When I plug in my battery I have a steady green light that turns on and after a while it is a little warm when I pick it up but other than that it doesn't work. I searched different forums but didn't find anything answers. I am using a Spektrum DXe transmitter and when I disconnect the S20 from the channel I have it in and put another servo on the same channel the servo works fine. Have any of you guys that run the S20 had this issue? Does anyone have any thing I can try to get this to work?

Thanks

Jeff
