BAT-M


BAT-M

Speed-track bulldozer BAT-M (object 405) formed on the carriage of heavy artillery tractor AT-T (object 401), who was introduced to the Polish Army (purchased only 2 copies of the trial).

However, he became the basis for the construction of several heavy engineering vehicles, special earthmovers, commonly used in our army from the 60s: BAT-M (fast bulldozer), BTM-3 (multi-scoop excavator) and MDK-2 (cutter excavator).

BAT-M was used for: the construction of roads, land leveling and bulk materials parting, preparation stations, performing to pass through the contaminated sites, ditches and ravines, heap removing, shrubs, as well as clearing snow. The vehicle was equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 2000 kg.

Length / Width (transport position – working / height: 7.05 / 4 – 5 / 3.75 m
Weight: 27.5 t
Crew: 2 people
Drive: diesel engine W-401 or A-401G system V12 liquid-cooled power of 415 hp
Maximum speed on the road / during operation: 35 / 1.5 – 16 km / h

well I gave up on the cab just too bad an attempt but still gonna build it

and this is how we look now I feel this is a much better look
