Smile Crane Model Build update

Hi, I am newbie Tom Garing, who recently posted on the Construction Equip Tech forum, but thought that perhaps I could reach more folks with a thread in the larger Construction Equipment forum. I have spent more than several years building my 1/12th Sacale RC Model of the 1960 vintage P&H model 1015 lattice boom crawler mounted crane and have so far posted two videos on you tube that you might enjoy. My original post URL is https://youtu.be/tTVxSpo_uPg and my more recent updated post URL is https://youtu.be/1BQcNLy-lMQ
I welcome ALL comments, You Tube subscriptions or emails at cranemodel1015@gmail.com
Thank you.

Wow!! As far as i can tell, there's nothing 'newbie' about that build!!!

Beautiful crane, and the workmanship looks amazing.

I would have loved to get to see a build thread on this machine.

Which starwars figures were those? Also is the operators hardhat backwards?

Thanks frizzen for your compliments!
Yes, I have over 2k photos of the build, that I hope to include in future posts, so stay tuned by subscribing to my channel.
The operator figure is CAPTAIN POE DAMERON Star Wars BLACK SERIES 6" #53 that has great joint articulation that allowed me to position him in his seat along with his hand, arm and feet. Yes, I did put his bump cap on backwards to allow him, as operator, to have a clear upward vision of the boom, and just because it seemed to be cool!
The "Oiler" figure I chose, is Star Wars BLACK SERIES 6" Rogue One Captain Caspian Andor #23.
Thanks again and have a GREAT DAY!

Thanks Rvjimd for your positive comment. I am a retired engineer who loves scale models and thrives on details. I plan to continue posting details of my build on my you tube channel, so go ahead and subscribe should you be so interested.
In any case, thanks for your comment and have a GREAT DAY!
Tom

Thanks Skeeter, it has been a passion of mine for quit some time. I am currently completing revisions to my Crane Model Transport Cart, then I plan to start designing/fabricating the dragline bucket and fairlead assemblies. I hope to start posting construction detail videos later in the year, so stay tuned!
