Great job with the conversion. The orange looks awesome. I have a Bruder coming on Tuesday, now I have more ideas thx to your build. Cheers!

Are those Firgelli Technologies L16-R Miniature Linear Servos for RC? If so what size and ratio did you use?
I am thinking of going with 63:1 Ratio servos but not sure if they would be strong enough for my Bruder loader conversion.

I also wanted it to lift over the side of my DM800 so I made new lift arms out of 1/8" aluminum 1" longer than stock, now it it lifts up to 10". I also picked up one of Reggie's aluminum buckets. Mock up is basically finished so now I can rip it apart and start painting orange.

I like that idea of making the arms longer to clear the Dump without having to use a platform.

The two "lift" actuators are marked L 16-50-150-6-R and the single "bucket" actuator is marked L12-50-100-6-R.
I purchased this loader last year at Indy.
I used it a lot this year and it performed great! The King Hauler dump my son usually drives measures 10" from the ground to the top edge of the bed and this loader clears it just fine.

You can see it in some of the 2016 Indy pictures loading Frizzen's "wobbley" dump
