There are several suppliers of conversion parts for these models, particularly in Spain and Germany.
The Firgelli actuators work fine but do not look scale. For the same money, look at CTI Modellbau.

I got one I haven't started building yet, still working on my bruder dump truck, but I ordered the hydraulic kit from Spain!!! You can hide the servos for the boom in the front of the body, the hard part will be getting a micro servo for the bucket tilt that will produce enough power, that's why I went hydraulic!!! Good luck on the build and post plenty of pictures!!!

well i got the little guy done. but i think i picked the wrong firgelli actuators they are fast . not very strong. next time i will get 100-1 gearing instead of 50-1

here you go some pics of the inside, and stuff. added so hpi 2.2 tires and traxxas wheels,
and so lowes 2" pvc caps to hide the screws and give it a more scale hub look.

the drive is 4 300prm gear motors. the esc is a 7-16v ebay cheapy, the bec is a pro bec from castle hitec low profile hi torque servo. 3 50-1 5mm actuators. small 11.1 1300 mh lipo
flysky 9x radio. and just tons of other stuff the frame is aluminum in the rear with about 3 lbs of pennies counter weight

i did use servo's for the drive tons of power but @$$ slow.
but you can see the frame

Hi there,
Awesome build. Can you advise where you got the actuators from.
