Default newbie building dozer questions

I am new to the rc consrtuction part of rc but not to rc. I saw some of these machines on you tube and they are awsome. There are some incredable builds on here as well. JUst got a few questions on where to get parts.

Where is a good source for hydrilics?
I have checked out garden trucking and there prices are out of my price range.

Is there a place to buy just the pump i would like to run the pump of an old nitro engine. Is this even doable.

how big are you planning on building my terex is 1/10 scale dirtpushers d9 is 1/10th scale too and quite a few are 1/12 and 1/14 scales you also need to plan for room as for hydro pumps i don't remember where to find different ones but they do cost as far as running them on a nitro engine i haven't seen it yet but there is always a first good luck hope a lil of this helps ya out

I am planning on building a 1:14 scale. I have not seen a nitro motor run the hydralics either but figured i could give it a try just dont know about the rpms if it would spin fast enough.

There isn't any selection in pumps on the market right now, Dozer. Welcome to the forum.
