Possibly this weekend. Not sure. I don't have it all wired up yet? The trailer is turnkey as you know....but trying to cram another speed-control and more battery power in this little Mack cab is a pain!!

I finally finished this one up today. It is ready for powder coat and a new owner. I can drill holes for lights upon request. I finished this one slightly different than all the rest. Changes were made to the fenders, rear panel, and I added one big solid mudflap instead of three.

Here it is pictured with my newly acquired JCR Excavating King Hauler...

If anyone is interested let me know and I will pass on the details.

Reg

3 Flaps better than one? This is missing something on the rear for sure so I will fix that tomorrow. Not sure if I will change the flap to flaps. I guess if someone comes along with the money they can have it however they want(within reason). For now it's mine!lol

Just like belly buttons and ...///// everybody has one.lol I just wanted to try something different. I don't love it or hate it but... I saw a couple of trailer pictures on the net that had one big flap so I thought why not?lol I think it needs a spill plate added and maybe some light holes. That will make the "flap" fit in more i think. There's another one of those "opinions".

And one became three... I like this much better and it keeps it different than the previous trailers.

I left the rear panel straight on this one because I think 000 ooo 000 would look perfect but until a buyer comes along I won't be drilling anything just in case they have a different vision. There's only one persons opinion that really matters and that's the one with cash in hand.

I was messing with my Mack conversion today and I wanted to see what it looked like with a trailer in tow. I think it looks good but the trailer would look better finished and behind someone else truck.

Thanks for looking.

Just out of curiosity how long are they. When I first saw these 1/14 truck i always thought they were small until i finally saw one in person. I know the Grand Hauler takes up the size of my dresser. So I wonder how long a truck n trailer combo would be. Especially since I've never seen a trailer now in person. Have to stop looking at this thread. Getting regrets for returning the 2nd Grand I bought for a daycab and dump trailer project I had planned.

The one in the picture is 28 1/2". The first one I built was on the same chassis but the tub was shorter with frame sticking out the front. The biggest I have built is Benny's tri-axle at 36" That maxes out my bender and slip roll so I can't build anything bigger than that without joining pieces together. The size of the last few seems to be the most practical to me but it doesn't really matter what I think only what I can build for the customer.

Ok so maybe scrubbing that project was a good idea. Storing 3 sc rigs, 1 crawler, all my rc related stuff and now the Grand and the tag trailer is already taking up space in my apt.

Ben was kind enough to share this video of his and Alex's trucks/trailers with me yesterday. It looks like they were having a great time at the show and it was really cool for me to see both trailers together. Thanks guys!

Bump! This one needs the finishing touches and a new home. Any takers? $1250US plus shipping. That will include holes for tail lights and powder coat finish.
