Can we also get a road call of ppl who are definitely coming this year? we were able to acquire double the space but would like to get an idea of who will be here so when me and Benny are laying everything out we can get a general idea, of tables needed, electrical plugs, road space etc etc.... Thank You

Ok come he// or high water (we may have high water!) I'll be there. Really shooting to be there Friday by noon. May need to widen that scale,,, lol!! I had a little video of a slightly overloaded Aeromax that has a wide load . I'm also going to try and bring some small plants/ shrubbery pieces that could be used if desired. I'm really hoping to get this motorhome back from the shop so I can bring the most of the toys. Looking forward to helping and playing!!

Ok just got the final words with work and play. I'll be there, shooting for arrival before noon on Friday. I will try and get some scale looking pieces of shrubbery to bring that can be just stuck in dirt and or make a base for them. Like I said if I can find some that have a scale appearance, not just pieces of the pine tree growing out back. Lol!! I called the expo center and they offer parking for vendors/exhibitors with large vehicles (motorhome) and have electric too!! The service guys called and don't know if I'll have my generator back by then but at least I'll have the room to bring everything. Wife too, and if she comes so do the big dummies!! Glad no dogs are allowed inside or you all would have slobber covering most of your electronics!! Maybe I could auction one or two of them off? Ahh naa I do need the wife she is a big part of the family business. See you guys in a week or so. and just a warning, I'm terrible with names, so if I don't introduce my wife I may have forgotten her name.

Hey! I have been off-line for a good while, but getting back in the swing here.....
I am going to make it there Saturday for sure.
I also have a few others in the area who have expressed interest in going. Some where hesitant till they heard there will more road (some are scared of getting their purty trucks dirty ) , but I don't have an exact head - count. My guess would be about 5 guys with 8 or 10 trucks and a half dozen assorted trailers.

Alsoo we have any info on how to get in / where to park and whatnot if you are participating and not just a spectator?

I posted this elsewhere but this gives you an idea of our little trucker gang from just this past weekends little gathering:

Heavy Metal Doctor: See attached link for the show. All the info you need is located there.

I read through it and they added our RC equipment as a new attraction.

Thats awesome, the more the merrier, we will most def have more road and places to drive and do things for the strictly on road vehicles, Plenty of parking there around the arena, you and your friends will have a great time, look forward to meeting you all.

Something to take note of:
For you guys coming in on Saturday morning, you may have to stand in line for a while to register and pay. I don't know if there are two lines; One for the general public, and one for exhibitors.
I'm not 100% sure but you may be able to preregister by calling the people in charge.
I have always been there either Thursday later in the afternoon when there is not as much commotion.

Looking the show website, it looks like anyone coming for just Saturday just has to be sure and be there at 8 AM to get in as participants ahead of the general public / spectator opening time of 9 AM....after 9 and I'd expect you'll be waiting in a bit of a line.
