Default Looking for WWII US And German Rubber Tires and Rims

Hello

I am looking for help here. Does anyone know of a maker of 1/16 WWII U.S and German Truck rubber tires and rims? Singles in the front and doubles in the rear.

Also I am looking for 1/6 rubber tires/rims for my WIP Schwimwaggon that is being converted to water/land R.C use.

Obviously price is a factor for me also.

Thanks for and help you can give me.

George

I saw a link to these in a crane build thread. 1/16 scale, i think they're about the height you wanted.

Steelie rims.

Hi frizzen

Thanks for the links, checked them out and the size is Good BUT the thread is all wrong for a U.S WWII or German tire. Price is awesome!

Checked through there site, could not find other tires.

I keep looking.

George,

I remember seeing military looking tires from an online model shop in Germany or Holland. I thought it was AFV-model but I don't see them listed. I'm sure the price wouldn't be cheap though. However I did find this:

Not sure if that helps at all.

Like Finster mentions, AFV got a selection of 1/16 tyres. Have a look.

Maybe he Cooper Cross Country might work for you? (for price outside EU, deduct the 19% sales tax)

Hello

Thank You Finster and Rakthi for your help. Shapeways has the tires BUT they are solid plastic, not rubber. AFV Cooper Cross Country are the ones I would take and if my math is correct, less VAT it comes to 8.10 Euro per tire plus shipping which is a lot for me.

I have to keep looking.

12x20 ndt

But you may need to paint it in black liquid latex to get more grip. They might be unsuitable, i've got no idea. And still no rim.

An axle

Hi frizzen

Thanks for the links. I like the plan U.S tire and I really like the axle link.
