still waiting for the last of my parts to come in..take note of the proper double j brackets for the headlights and the grille is closer to the real one on optimus,the bumper is just on for looks so the truck does not look toothless as they say,proper one has been ordered with the right holes as brought to my attention awhile ago ,it is currently being painted and it should be back in the next few weeks ,by then the rest of the parts should be in and i can start to assemble this loooong ,sloooow build ,disregard the label on the right pipe as it will be removed and the polished,also take note the pipes are the correct 45 degree mitred cut at the top.thank you all for being patient and stay tuned as i am nearing completion of this build..hope you all like what you see so far

p.s the black pete symbol obviously will be replaced with the autobot emblem...oh yea excuse my messy work table...my house keeper is on vacation...lol

The guy on ebay has the proper grill bumper and air breathers with the correct lights and the grill with the double j brackets, all his items are a bit pricy but they are near 100% correct... truck looks great can't wait to see it finished.

Actually DT everything is correct on that ebay grille except the headlight mounts.they are not true double j they are from the older style 359 however they are correctly mounted to the grille.oh and yes i have one on the way to me right now because i cannot make the blinker bars in front,and besides that i am going for the closest look. Not everything is going to be exactly the way it is for real but i am ok with that...after all its supposed to be fun....thanks everyone for looking... i can't wait until its done either

well folks i just got updated pics from my painter of optimus prime and all i can say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!,the body and fenders should be ready for pickup next week once the clear coat gets put on and it gets polished,i will not be posting any pics until i get the body and rear fenders back and assemble the truck with the custom parts from various places...trust me YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!!

Just got the call from my painter guy. The body and fenders are ready for pickup.i will be picking it up tomorrow and getting started on the assembly.so hopefully by this weekend i will have something to post in regards to pics
