4x2 vs 6x4
ok i'm thinking of getting a tamiya scania/man 4x2 tractor, trying to go all euro
theme with my little trucking company, got two scania trucks now one r620 6x4 and a custom r620 8x4. so the question is is a 4x2 a cool little truck? i mean is the usability side? i drive mostly on road but i do drive off road to get to the dirt pile across the street and to the volleyball court at the local park and the 6x4 and 8x4 do ok as long as i stay on the hard stuff. so will the 4x2 do as good? kind of want something as the run-about truck. you know the short haul semi, the one that bring the supplies to the job site not the one that bring the tractors or heavy machines there. whats your thoughts? Re: 4x2 vs 6x4
A 4x2 with locked diff and maybe some RC4WD tires will do the job.
